When you visit, use, or make a purchase at the website we collect the following types of information.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

Some information is required to create an account on our website, such as your name, email address, password, a telephone number and your address. This is the only information you have to provide to create an account with us. There is no obligation for you to create an account on this website, however, by doing so you will find making future orders much easier.

Whether you decide to share information by creating an account or not if you choose to make a purchase from our website as a guest we will require your billing details which will consist of your name, billing address, email address and a telephone number. If your order is being delivered to an alternative to the billing details that you have supplied, we will ask you to supply the delivery address in order that we can complete your order.

Most of the products we provide will require you to upload an image (images for some types of order) during the order process without this, we are unable to complete  an order.

Your uploaded image(s) is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and is not shared, sold or otherwise distributed to any third parties. We retain your image(s) for up to one month after your order date to assist with after sales support such as replacements. After this time your image(s) is deleted permanently from our system. If you would like us to immediately delete your image(s) after your order has been processed you can request us to through the order notes on checkout or by contacting us through our webform.

PAYMENT AND CARD INFORMATION

Whenever you decide to make a purchase on this website and have followed the order process you will be required to confirm your order and tick a box confirming that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions. At this point in the order process you will be directed to PayPal where you can either log into your PayPal account or pay with a debit or credit card. Fotofabric Limited does not hold any payment details when you make payment and the details that you enter are not entered or otherwise held on any software or server under the control or management of us. All payment card operations are undertaken by PayPal.

ORDER PROCESSING

When you have placed your order with us we sometimes need to clarify things with you so that we provide you with the best quality product from the image(s) that you supplied to us. We will use your telephone number and or email address that you supplied either when you created an account with us or supplied during the checkout process if you ordered as a guest.

TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU

We use your information to email you when we need to send you Service notifications about updates to Policies and Terms &Conditions. We may also use your information to promote similar products that we think you would be interested in. You can control marketing Product Updates communications and Service Notifications via the “Unsubscribe” link in all emails or by using your Communication Preferences
