Refund policy

All our products are made to order using your own artwork. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Consumers do not have a 14-day right to cancel, because personalised goods are exempt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@customfabrics.co.uk. We will advise whether the change can be made, but we cannot guarantee it.

We do not accept any returns.

In case of flawed items:

Please report any problem as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after delivery, with photos to hello@customfabrics.co.uk.

Where goods are faulty or damaged, we will reprint and resend them.

The following are not faults: errors in your artwork file, low-resolution prints, minor colour variation, minor sporadic white specks in the print, or damage caused by not following the care instructions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
