1. About us

1.1 Pictures to Fabric is a trading name of Tiviot Prints Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00685517, with its registered office at Lymefield Mill, Broadbottom, Hyde SK14 6AG. VAT number: GB157766424.
1.2 You can contact us at hello@picturestofabric.co.uk
1.3 In these terms, "you" means the person or business placing an order. A "Consumer" is an individual buying for personal use. A "Trade Customer" is a business, including dropshippers and holders of a Trade Account.

2. Your order

2.1 A contract is formed when you place your order.
2.2 All our products are made to order using your own artwork. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Consumers do not have a 14-day right to cancel, because personalised goods are exempt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2.3 If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@picturestofabric.co.uk. We will advise whether the change can be made, but we cannot guarantee it.

3. Your artwork and copyright

3.1 By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce it.
3.2 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, costs or losses arising from our printing of artwork that infringes copyright, trademarks or any other rights.
3.3 We may refuse any order without giving a reason, including artwork featuring copyrighted characters, brand logos, or offensive or illegal content, or images of people used without their consent.
3.4 You keep all rights in your artwork. We use it only to fulfil your order.

4. Print quality and colour

4.1 We print files exactly as supplied. You are responsible for the resolution, cropping, spelling and layout of your artwork. We are not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution files.
4.2 Colours on screen will differ from colours printed on fabric. Colours may also vary slightly between print batches and between fabric types.
4.3 For colour-critical or bulk orders, we recommend ordering a test print first.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 All prices include VAT.
5.2 Volume price breaks apply per item type once the quantity threshold for that item type is met.
5.3 If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5.4 We accept PayPal, and debit and credit cards.

6. Dropshipping

7.1 Where you sell our products to your own customers, you are the seller. You are responsible for your customers' service, queries and returns.
7.2 Dropship orders are sent in plain packaging with no branding and no prices shown.
7.3 You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
7.4 Any claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made by you, not by your customer.

7. Production and delivery

8.1 Our usual production time is 2–3 weeks. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
8.2 Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. We deliver to [delivery areas].
8.3 If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody is available to receive it, we will charge a £15 admin fee plus the cost of reshipping.
8.4 For Consumers, risk in the goods passes on delivery. For Trade Customers, risk passes on dispatch.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

9.1 Please report any problem as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after delivery, with photos to hello@picturestofabric.co.uk.
9.2 Where goods are faulty or damaged, we will reprint and resend them.
9.3 The following are not faults: errors in your artwork file, low-resolution prints, minor colour variation, minor sporadic white specks in the print, or damage caused by not following the care instructions.
9.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Files and data

10.1 Uploaded files are stored on a secure external drive and used only to fulfil orders; we never use, share or show our customer files and products printed with customer designs.
10.2 Please keep your own copies of your files.
10.3 We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Our liability

11.1 Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
11.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill.
11.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11.4 We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11. General

12.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12.2 Please send any complaints to hello@picturestofabric.co.uk. We will respond as soon as we can.
12.3 We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
12.4 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
12.5 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
